i keep getting calls from this number, and it’s always some timeshare claims lot trying to make you sign up with a legal firm called Carl James. they come across really forceful and rude, just like those typical pushy telesales people. really annoying.

Their tele-sales approach can be aggressive, so it's advisable to block their communications.

so I got a call from 0800 9506235 today, which apparently belongs to ‘my travel rocks’. the person on the other end started talking about a timeshare i supposedly own - which is total rubbish as i’ve never had one. when i told them this and asked to be taken off their list, the caller just flipped out on me, calling me some horrible names like ‘f****ing idiot’ and going off shouting really nasty stuff before i had to hang up. honestly, what a rubbish way for ‘my travel rocks’ to treat someone! really nasty behaviour!

Can I trust My Travel Rocks? I keep receiving multiple phone calls from them, claiming that they manage the concierge services for all my vacation clubs. In December 2018, I made a payment of £699, believing that the company was genuine. However, I am now receiving calls asking for an additional £699, supposedly for a concierge service that should not be priced so high. When I attempted to return the call, I was greeted by a Spanish lady on the other end. It has become clear to me now that this company is likely fraudulent.

After careful consideration, I've come to the understanding that My Travel rocks is exceedingly impolite. They have been alleging that I owe them some money, but I am actively evading their phone calls. They have threatened to send bailiffs, but I refuse to be deceived by such tactics. It's imperative that they are reported for their misconduct. What's more, I've discovered their affiliation with a company named Direct Getaway, which is equally dreadful in their dealings.

Watch out! This is a fraudulent activity. I was contacted by a company called My Travel Rocks who promised to consolidate my unused timeshare bonus weeks to prevent them from expiring. They charged me £199 for this service, which supposedly included additional concierge services. However, when I received the paperwork, it only covered 4 weeks of accommodation. I highly doubt this will be available when I attempt to book, especially considering the recorded message in Spanish when I called back, which I couldn't understand. To add to my suspicions, the receipt was in Euros from a Spanish company. Be cautious and avoid falling victim to this scam!

In an unfortunate turn of events, I accidentally made payment for a week's accommodation in Spain. Little did I know, the cost ended up being higher than anticipated due to unexpected circumstances. Upon being diagnosed with cancer, it became necessary for me to receive treatment in Spain instead. Now, I find myself facing constant harassment from them for an additional payment, which apparently occurs every year. However, I decided to go forward with cancellation, despite it costing nearly £600. I used my debit card for this transaction, but thankfully my Bank spotted the scam and promptly canceled it. Ever since then, I have been receiving up to 8 calls per day from them, which I choose not to answer. This serves as a warning to others - please be cautious!

However, I have now received a request for an additional £99, which I foolishly sent. Despite receiving an email confirmation of this additional payment, I am having difficulty booking anything with the company. My main intention for these trips was to attend my granddaughter's wedding in Valencia, Spain in July 2019, and I wanted to book accommodation there for my family. I was assured by the company that they had available options in Valencia. However, when I tried to call the provided 0800 number, the call was answered by a Spanish speaker whom I couldn't understand. It seems that I may have been scammed, and I have reported this incident to my local police, who have assured me that they will investigate the matter.
