6 yearsI got in touch with BT earlier and confirmed that the email and phone number are legit. We did tell them the email seemed a bit dodgy though. The upgrade is for unlimited calls from your landline, which is an add-on loads of people have had for yonks. You can either accept the price rise from about £10 every three months to roughly £23.50, or just bin the whole thing like I did, since we hardly ever ring from our landline these days.BT6 yearsI got an email that claimed to be from BT, even showing the last 4 numbers of my account.
