This number rang me thrice yesterday - at about 1:50pm, then again around 2:35pm and one last time close to 3:50pm. Each time, nothing could be heard from the other side, so I just hung up. Pretty sure it’s some sort of overseas call centre. Interestingly, it looks like they also tried reaching me way back on the 7th of November 2017!

I received a call earlier today, and as soon as I picked up, they just disconnected. This kind of nuisance really needs to be put to an end.

I received a call from the aforementioned number, and when I picked up, they swiftly ended the call. I decided to investigate and discovered that it belongs to a firm named Sparta. Quite peculiar!

For the last 5 years, we've been getting calls almost daily on our landline from 08009159396, and occasionally from other related numbers, all asking for Mr Andrews. Today, I had a rather odd phone call from this number, claiming that I could save a few quid by changing my phone provider. What struck me as particularly unsettling was their incessant probing about whether I’m a pensioner. It felt a bit dodgy, to be honest, as if they're targeting older folks. Quite despicable if they're indeed trying to pull a fast one on the vulnerable.

Today, I got a peculiar message from this number, suggesting that I could save a few quid by changing my phone provider. They kept probing about whether I was a retired individual, which struck me as rather unsettling. One has to wonder if they’re preying on the elderly with dubious schemes. Quite off-putting, to say the least!

Got a call from 0800 915 9396 around 12:15pm on Tues 7th Nov 2017. When I picked up, it was completely quiet, which made me think it was probably one of those auto-dialers from some call centre. I just hung up straight away.

Got a call around 4.50pm on 7th November 2017. The guy asked to talk to whoever’s supposed to pay the bill. I was like, "Really? What’s it about?" Then he just hung up. Pretty clear that was some kind of scam.

Got a really annoying call from some bloke who wouldn't stop trying to get me to change my phone network. He had no clue about my current service at all. What’s mad is that it looked like it was from a legit company. I’m thinking of reporting them to Ofcom because it’s just not on.

Received an unwelcome and rather aggressive call from a bloke attempting to hound me into changing my mobile provider. It was obvious he was completely clueless about my current service. It's utterly outrageous that such a call came from a supposedly legitimate business. I’m absolutely planning to lodge a complaint with Ofcom to ensure this kind of nonsense is brought to an end.

On 11th September 2017, I got a call from Sparta around 5:45pm. They claimed they'd help lower my monthly phone charges, but I spent about 30 minutes chatting with them without handing over any real details.

Got a ring from some bloke claiming to be UK Living. I quickly ended the call but later checked the number 0800 9159396 which came up from 1471. Turns out it's Sparta Telecom from Luton - that lot are a total nightmare, always promising stuff and never delivering, just after your cash. No surprise they're hiding their real identity, given their terrible rep. Best steer clear of them, like you would some dodgy disease.

About a fortnight back, I blocked this number on my home phone, but then they called again with 00 slapped on the start, so I had no choice but to block that one too!

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be with SPARTA TELECOMMS, stating they were assuming control of my billing from BT. However, they didn't have my name or any other details - just my phone number. After a brief chat, I decided to end the call, but they persisted by trying to ring me back three times after! Quite suspicious, if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Spada Telecom offering to lower my bill. When I said I never share card info on calls and asked for details through the post, they just hung up. They phoned me again the next day with the same sales pitch, so I told them not to ring me again on this number.
