I can verify that it’s the genuine United Utilities. I foolishly provided my bank info when I called the number listed on my bill. In a bit of a panic, I dialled the 0345 number straight after and spoke to another representative who reassured me that yes, I indeed had spoken to someone from their team before. What a relief!
