Totally United Utilities, no doubt about it! They rang me up about some unpaid bill. Told them I switched banks so the direct debits got stopped, which made sense. Got a letter supposedly from Untied Utilities about a new payment plan, saying I owe £23 a week. I rang the number back but told them I don’t pay through a bank as I don’t have one, and pay differently. They said they’d check into it then just hung up, even though they told me to stay on the line. Im dead fed up with these calls. They’ve started up again this week after a couple of weeks off. When they were bothering me before, I phoned the number on my actual bill - and unlike what some say here, that number is definitely NOT theirs.
