My father, who is 84 years old, has been receiving constant calls from this company, and it’s becoming rather bothersome. He gets harassed at least three times a week, which seems utterly ridiculous. Being hard of hearing makes it even more challenging for him to distinguish who’s on the line, adding to his confusion. Surely, this can't be acceptable behaviour!

someone rang asking for me using my old surname - ive been married for 6 years now. she just said it was a personal matter. then asked for my date of birth, but i told her i wouldn’t give any details unless she explained why she was calling. she said thanks and ended the call.
