I’ve been getting calls lately, but every time I pick up, they just disconnect. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since it could be a family member trying to reach me, particularly with one of them being unwell at the moment.

I'm utterly appalled by the manner in which Helen chose to communicate. Her tone was shockingly rude and dripping with condescension. It all seemed to revolve around the idea of dishing out government grants for small businesses, but it felt more like a setup. She even sent login details that came from a gov.uk address. Honestly, the way she engages with individuals is just unacceptable.
