Got a call pretending to be PayPal from eBay Motors asking me to send over money straight away. Total scam, watch out! They even tried to scare me with emails about court actions. Just ignore and block these lot.

Back in March 2022, I got a call from someone insisting this was Paypal’s number. They claimed they’d sent us payment for a car, which we'd never seen, and threatened to take us to court if we didn’t hand over the car. I told them to go ahead with their legal threats because this phone number ain't linked to Paypal at all and we definitely haven’t received any money from them.

I got a message suggesting there was a paypal payment and that I had to send money to finish some big deal. They told me to ring that number. Definitely a scam, stay clear!

I got a number for a payment issue, but it felt really sketchy like a possible scam. Definitely seemed dodgy to me.

This bloke kept insisting he’d sent payment for stuff I never got, but wouldnt say who he was or where he was from. Proper dodgy if you ask me.
