I just got a call from Boxx Communications - their sales team were proper pushy, acting like they were mates with the MD to blag their way in. Honestly, the whole thing felt really dodgy, like dealing with some sketchy traders. The way they come across shows they haven’t been trained well at all. Really gave me the creeps.
