This number rang me and I picked up, a bit unsure at first. I asked if they were actually from Sky and they mentioned how long I'd been a customer and my current basic package. They did ask a few security questions but nothing too intense, so I wasn't too worried. They explained some deals they had going and somehow managed to upgrade my package while saving me cash. Real or not, big thanks to whoever it was! :)

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Sky, saying they needed to update my package. But when I asked for some details, they stumbled and sounded a bit off. So, I rang Sky myself and they told me they hadn’t tried to contact me at all. Seems like it was probably a scam call.
