Last Thursday afternoon I tried calling 1571 and an automated voice came on sayin’ “Important personal message from Anglian Water.” It told me to ring 080038919 or somethin’ like that. The number was repeated but the last few digits were so unclear I had to call it a few times to figure it out. Then when I dialled the full number, there was no ring-back or anything, just a message sayin’ the number wasn’t recognised. Proper frustrating, that.
