Someone said they were from Monzo, talking about a purchase at Argos (they first rang me from no caller ID). They already had my name, address, email and all. When I didn’t give my account details, they said they’d ring me back from a proper number. They did call again, but it was the same person who got my name wrong (that’s how I figured out it was them). When I called them out, they got really rude and called me a S****d B***h. Honestly, it was quite frightening. I’ve reported it to Monzo.

It seems I overlooked their attempt to reach me, as they’ve left a voicemail saying I’d missed a call about a survey I supposedly consented to... I can assure you, I NEVER sign up for surveys. The message didn’t specify the caller’s identity, but thanks to another site, I uncovered that it originated from Sheilas Wheels. Curiously enough, I do have insurance through Sheilas Wheels, yet I never consented to receive these calls. I’m starting to wonder if they’re contacting everyone who has, or has had, a policy with them recently.

I told the lady I wasn’t bothered about going over my policy and, as nicely as I could, asked to be taken off their list and never called back. She said she wouldn’t do that, then just hung up on me.
