somebody managed get into my pc but i stopped it pretty quick. the tech who rang me was from this number +108004049204

My laptop got taken over by loads of pop-ups, every time I tried to click something, a new one would show up, and they weren’t even the same ones each time. One warning popped up saying I needed to ring a number right away because my pop-up blocker was off. I gave them a ring and it turned out to be the same bloke who called me earlier, claiming my computer had been hacked and offering to fix it if I let them take control. I hung up straight away. This all happened on my Windows 7 machine. I actually used Linux to type this message since it hasn’t been affected.

Is there any way to block this number on both my laptop and phone? I'm not sure how to set that up.
