A rather persistent gentleman on the other end inquired whether I frequently shop online or use bank cards, and I replied in the negative. He then proceeded to demand a fee of £119.99 for what he referred to as 'virus protection'. When I mentioned that I couldn't possibly afford such an amount, he started probing about what I might be able to spare, attempting every trick in the book to extract any sum from me! I’m utterly astounded and dismayed that individuals would stoop so low to exploit others like this!11 yearsI suspect this number is linked to a scam operation. It unexpectedly appeared on my Mac, claiming I had a virus and urging me to call this number to get it sorted. The reality is, they aim to deceive you into handing over your passwords. They then direct you to a display, asserting they need your login details to locate and eliminate the malware. In truth, their goal is to seize control of your computer and plant malware that can infiltrate your bank accounts. I attempted to call the number but quickly hung up when they started asking for my password information.
