They warned me I’d be arrested and my belongings taken if I didn’t pay right away. When I asked why I hadn’t received any letter or official notice, they told me I’d get that only after paying, and I shouldn’t tell anyone until then. They also said the call was being recorded and that if I hung up they’d instantly issue an arrest warrant.
