I received a call from an Asian gentleman who seemed to have my name and address. He inquired about some issues with mis-sold insurance policies related to travel, phone, and car-which, it appears, were bundled with my bank account. Oddly enough, he hung up abruptly after that.

Received a call claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau. It was an Asian individual who surprisingly knew my last name. Rather bizarre, I thought. I decided to cut the conversation short and ended the call. I've not encountered them before, so it left me feeling a bit uneasy.
