Got a call from an Asian guy who already knew my name and where I live. He was asking about insurance tied to my current account - stuff like travel, phone and car cover. Then he just cut off the phone without any warning.

As soon as I answered that call, it went dead silent and no one said a word.

An Asian voice called, claiming to be from the Citizen Advice Bureau. Strangely, they knew my last name. Never had any dealings with them before, so I just ended the call. Never trusted it really.
