We certainly did encounter those individuals who seem rather condescending, to say the least. It’s quite the common occurrence for them to ring up, demanding payment, while we already have a direct debit set up. We’ve made it clear that the funds have already been processed into their system, and yet they still insist we owe them beforehand. Quite baffling, really!

Blimey, we've had no fewer than six calls from this number today! The earliest one came in just after eight in the morning, and the last one pinged through just seconds ago, right before nine in the evening. What's really frustrating is that my partner, who’s currently on the mend after an operation, couldn’t get to the phone. It’s quite clear that these callers don’t leave any voicemails. So, we’ve decided to bide our time until these individuals reach out to us in writing or via a standard landline. We wouldn't be too bothered about making sporadic payments on our loan, but what really gets on our nerves is that these callers ring us the day before the funds are set to arrive in the account. It’s incredibly irritating and leaves us feeling quite harassed. To top it off, the constant ringing can happen up to ten times a day, and often when we do pick up, there’s just silence on the line! Quite infuriating, really.

I’ve been relentlessly receiving calls from HSBC on this number, 08007830766, and it’s become quite maddening. They keep trying to track down a "Mrs Moffat," despite us repeatedly clarifying that this number has been ours since November. It’s really baffling how they continue to ring us, despite us not being the person they’re looking for. I work as a theatre nurse, so getting bombarded with four calls in a row between 9am and noon after a night shift is quite testing, to say the least! I'm absolutely at my wit's end with HSBC and their incessant phone calls regarding credit card payments. It’s maddening, to say the least! I’ve found myself inundated with as many as 23 calls in a single day, all from different numbers. The moment I pick up, most of the time it’s just silence on the other end, or they hang up immediately. When they do decide to engage, they’re shockingly rude and relentless with their demands for payment, and they simply won’t take no for an answer. It’s beyond frustrating!

We wouldn’t be too bothered if it wasn’t for the fact that we ended up wasting over an hour trying to sort this whole situation out over the phone with them (after having to call back on that 0845 number, mind you). Yet, they still have the audacity to bombard us with calls more than ten times daily! It’s absolutely outrageous, and one could easily deem it harassment. Honestly, these folks really get on my nerves. HSBC has been driving us, and countless others, up the wall with their computerised systems and whatever else they've got going on. Honestly, it feels utterly pointless trying to have a conversation with them, so we've decided to stop even bothering. Absolutely infuriating! The majority of their calls come through with no sound, and to top it off, they even decided to ring us on a Sunday! It was the first and only moment I actually managed to have a chat with them! What's more, you have to divulge some of your personal details just for them to explain why they are bothering you. The individuals making these calls are seriously tarnishing HSBC’s reputation! (it was quite something when this happened with HSBC before).

I can't believe it - £100 in fees just for being £300 overdrawn for a week! Plus, there was another £75 from the previous week with HSBC. And to top it all off, they've tacked on an additional £25 because of a measly £12 overdraft on our joint account. It really feels like pure avarice. Not to mention, they keep ringing us from this number, which is beyond annoying!
