This isn't linked to the DVLA at all, it's a total scam. The site they use is made to look like the real DVLA one. They took £50 from me for a licence application form and an SAE, which is ridiculous.

Tried all morning but couldnt get past two rings - then the phone would just go to answer machine saying they’d call back later or something like that. Pretty sure it’s linked to a DVLA scam, something about £29.99 being charged or asked for. Avoid!
