Got a call at the shop from this number, asking for me by name and saying they were with EEG - something to do with my feed-in tariff. Thing is, there’s no company called EEG that I know of (EEG is a brain scan, right?), and I’m not linked to this business at all. The staff passed on the message since they know me, but my name’s not on any of the energy bills, plus we’re already with a popular supplier. Feels like a dodgy scam or a fishing attempt to me. Heads up - don’t ring them back!
