Got one of those HSBC scam texts again saying my card got declined for £769.90 online. It told me to reply "yes" if it was me or to ring 08006891064 if it wasn’t. The funny thing is, I’ve never even had an HSBC account! Absolute tricksters, these lot. They really need to be stopped.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with HSBC but the connection was really scratchy. When I told “Laura” she was probably trying to scam me after she asked for my 16 digit card number, she just cut the call. They sounded like they had a local English accent too. The text arrived on my mobile, but I called back using my home phone.
