It's always at precisely 5:38 in the evening when the phone rings. Please, enough already!

I’ve been rather bothered by this number lately, as they’ve been ringing me nonstop-first at 8:15 last night and then again at 1:59 this afternoon, 2nd October 2014. It’s infuriating because when I pick up, they just cut the line! It’s particularly frustrating since I’m busy with work. To top it off, calling the number back isn’t an option to voice my annoyance!
