Received an unsolicited call earlier today, with the caller claiming to offer a more favourable deal on my drainage insurance. They were rather pushy, asking for my bank details. I firmly declined to share my account number over the phone, and then, without so much as a polite goodbye, the caller abruptly ended the conversation. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

A relative of mine got an unexpected call from this number regarding a fall alarm, and they were asking for bank information to supposedly arrange a direct debit. However, we’re unable to locate any details about the company they claimed to represent – Pendant Alarm Services.
