Gr8tstays seems connected to the old JiveHippo discount ‘club’ tied up with Monster Rewards, which has since shut down and is currently facing police inquiries due to its ties with a dodgy timeshare discount scheme. There was also the ABC group involved, who claimed to be legal professionals but clearly weren’t, and all these were run by the same lot. Honestly, steer well clear of them! Today I received an email from them, but odd thing is their website isn’t even up anymore, says it’s ‘unavailable’. My advice? Keep as far away as possible!

I heard Gr8stays is linked to a timeshare company that’s got loads of issues. I’d avoid them at all costs. Last I knew, they operated out of Tenerife, but who knows now!

Today, we’ve had a slew of calls from this number. It seems to belong to Gr8stays, the new entity that’s taken over from Club Class Holidays, which had accepted our timeshare weeks in exchange for membership. We were never keen on the original website, thus we decided to halt our annual payments for the membership and gave up on trying to book any holidays. Unfortunately, they resorted to quite abusive behaviour towards my wife, bombarding us with calls - five in just five minutes! Previously, we’d also received letters from Legal Representatives & Claims, pressing us for payments regarding this same debt.

As soon as I picked up, they cut the call straight away. Feels like one of those dodgy scams trying to make you ring them back!

I picked up but no one said a word. Bit odd, since this number’s meant to be private and not shared anywhere.
