What a palaver! It seems that this phone number, which appeared on my Bush fridge, was merely a front for some dodgy insurance selling operation. I attempted to get in touch, only to find myself speaking to someone in an Indian call centre where the sound of laughter echoed in the background. Rather than addressing my enquiry about the appliance, they quickly pivoted to press me for an insurance policy! It was quite ridiculous, as they began asking for a mountain of personal information that had nothing to do with registering my fridge. Honestly, what a waste of time!

I’ve encountered what seems to be a dodgy insurance sales operation masquerading as a simple call linked to my Bush fridge registration. After spotting the number on the appliance, I thought it wise to follow through. However, upon dialling, I was greeted by an Indian-sounding call centre, complete with chatter in the background. Rather than assisting with my appliance’s registration as expected, they veered entirely off course, attempting to sell me insurance and probing for excessive personal information that had nothing to do with registering my fridge. Quite the unpleasant surprise, I must say!
