No legit company will try to scare you over a bill like that - that’s a total scam move! Been there, done that, dodged it.

Just got hit with a massive Vodafone bill but I can’t even log into my online account to check what’s going on. I called Vodafone customer service and asked them to tell me which number I’d been calling loads that’s caused this huge increase. After a quick search, I found out it’s actually a scam number. Vodafone won’t lower the bill or let me access my account online. How is this allowed?
