Blimey, we've had a good five calls from this number today! We were either out and about or just didn’t catch it in time. Thank goodness we stumbled upon this site! Even though we've got accounts with HSBC, we’re feeling a tad uneasy about them now. We’ll definitely be a bit wary the next time we get a chance to pick up!

I can't tell you how often we're pestered by these callers, incessantly ringing us at all hours between half eight in the morning and nine in the evening! To be honest, we never pick up on 0800 numbers anyway. Despite having reached out to them thrice regarding our accounts, they appear to have completely disregarded our correspondence. It seems they lack any sort of system to keep track of customer communications. Right now, we're grappling with some debt difficulties, and it feels like they're just waiting to pounce on me, even though we've got someone representing us. These calls are utterly unacceptable. Honestly, we have a strong dislike for HSBC!

It seems HSBC has yet again altered their contact number.

Indeed, we received a call from this number recently, and something about it struck us as quite dubious. They claimed to be affiliated with HSBC and were after some confidential information from us. Naturally, we refrained from disclosing anything. Our recommendation would be that if anyone ever tries to discuss sensitive security matters with you, it’s far wiser to pop into your local branch and sort it out face-to-face instead. Better safe than sorry!

It's interesting how they mention outsourcing to India, yet we've been led to believe that this number and the call centre are based in the States? From my past encounters, like with HSBC, I remember that they always go through your security number as a way of making sure it really is you on the line. However, last night, the callers didn't bother with any verification and just launched into conversation without confirming our identity! Quite puzzling, really!

I haven't the foggiest who this person is. Tried giving them a shout, but it's just silence on the other end! It's rather bothersome, to say the least!

We received an astonishing 17 calls from this number throughout the day while we were busy at work, between the hours of 8 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. Not a single message was passed on, which is rather typical for HSBC, I must say. They’re not exactly known for handling complaints either, are they? Quite frustrating, really!

I recently received a call from this number, but there was absolutely no one on the line when I answered. I haven't heard anything back from them since, which leads me to believe it probably wasn't all that important after all!

These callers seem to ring us quite frequently, and more often than not, they don’t bother to say a word before they disconnect! Quite a bunch of numpties, if you ask me!

Today, we've received a total of five calls from this number. Since we're on the road, we didn’t manage to answer them. Thankfully, we took the time to check this site! It turns out we actually hold an HSBC account, so we’ll be keeping a very wary eye on things as soon as we get an opportunity to answer.

This number seems to have been set up solely to annoy others. It’s quite abusive, really.

We picked up the phone after about thirty rings, somewhere between 8 in the morning and 9 at night. Had a chat with a representative from HSBC lasting a good fifteen minutes, discussing our account that had somehow gone overdrawn, despite it showing a positive balance right when she called! Quite a proper interaction, clearly from HSBC, but blimey, the number of calls they make is a tad overwhelming. They mentioned needing to see activity on the HSBC account each week, otherwise it can't be left inactive. Quite the system they've got! J

The treatment we've received from HSBC has been nothing short of oppressive, simply because our account was a tad overdrawn. It’s become utterly draining, with these calls coming in incessantly throughout the day. We've chosen to ignore their calls after a rather distressing conversation a few weeks back. Honestly, it's pushed us to our limits! We can't endure any more of this hassle. The sooner we manage to settle our account and part ways with HSBC, the more at peace we'll be!

I keep getting calls from this pesky number, five times in a day, and always after nine in the evening! I mean, do you know of any bank that operates during those hours? Because I certainly don’t!

Absolutely no idea who this could be! It’s quite vexing, really, as there’s no one responding on the other side. Quite frustrating indeed!

I've had my phone buzzed six times earlier today alone, and that's on top of numerous calls over the past couple of days. The odd thing is, we don't even have an account with HSBC! Every time we pick up, they seem to be fishing for a different person - today's name was Natalie Lopez, someone we’ve never even heard of! I told one of their callers to remove our number from their list, and wouldn't you know it, just half an hour later, another call came through. Any idea how we can put an end to this relentless hassle?

I've received a total of five or eight calls a day from this number over the past seven weeks, all at times between just after eight in the morning and just before eight at night. I've answered a handful of these, and guess what? Nobody on the other end! When I finally do get hold of someone, they’re definitely going to hear it from me, because this sort of business conduct is absolutely unacceptable.

I find myself in precisely the same predicament as Dave noted above. It's HSBC, but their telephone service is absolutely dreadful! They never seem to pay any attention to our pleas for communication via post instead of incessant phone calls. It’s frustrating having sensitive bank details relayed over the line! The whole experience is downright miserable. Honestly, what a bunch of numpties! If only changing banks were an option; unfortunately, they all appear to be cut from the same cloth-greedy and detrimental to the economy. [Feel free to express more frustration here until you can't anymore.]

Just like everyone else, really. They’ve called us countless times, yet we’ve never answered, and I can assure you, we won’t be starting now.

Indeed, it turns out it genuinely was HSBC, as we find ourselves in regular communication with them (much to our dismay, I must say). No need for concern; it is absolutely HSBC. There are moments when the response can lag a bit, likely because they have farmed out their call centre operations to India.

We receive four or five calls daily from HSBC. It seems they're persistently pursuing us regarding our overdraft. Although we make payments over the phone, they continue to hound us for the entire sum, demanding to know precisely why we're unable to settle it all at once. The stress from these conversations leaves us feeling utterly hopeless, almost to the point of despair, each time we hang up.

I've just let another call from this number slip by unnoticed. It’s now the third time in a mere four weeks that these folks have tried to get in touch with us. Previously, we were in a bit of a financial pickle, and they insisted on discussing our financial situation over the phone while I was at my workplace, delving into all sorts of details about our earnings and such. Thankfully, we’ve managed to get our finances back in the black, so I'm quite baffled as to why they feel the need to ring us yet again! It’s from HSBC, no less!
