This number keeps ringing us up at all times, day and night, and it's really getting annoying. We’d love to find out who exactly is behind these calls and want them to quit doing it.

Seems like this number rings me a couple times daily, why would a firm keep calling like this?

Yesterday, 9/4/15, I got a call at 09:29, and today there were two more at 10:23 and 14:24 - the last one woke me up. They left a weird, garbled message asking me to “press 5” or something like that, but of course, I didn’t. After reading other posts, I’ve also been flooded with car insurance quotes. I switched from RIAS because they kept hiking the price even though I had no claims. If RIAS is behind this, what are Ofcom or anyone else doing to stop these nuisance calls? I’m signed up to the TPS, but the calls still get through. My phone, a Gigaset, blocks calls with withheld numbers - so how do these 0800 numbers even get issued? Seriously, something needs to be done, because these constant calls could lead to a fatal tragedy one day!
