When I inquired about her identity, she claimed to be Joe Black from Accident Helpline. I took the liberty of reminding her that we are registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

I received a rather unsolicited call concerning some supposed 'injury from an accident.' To be clear, there hasn’t been any incident to speak of. When I pressed the caller for their identity, they claimed to be Joe Black from the Accident Helpline. I mentioned to them that we're listed with the Telephone Preference Service, but it seems that fell on deaf ears. Quite frustrating, really!
