I phoned it, and they asked me to install TeamViewer so they could access my PC. Felt off straight away, so I told them I'd call back later. I naively let them in, and they made me log into my account, supposedly to check for hackers. After all that, they demanded £300 from me. When I said no, they got angry. Scary thing is, they already had loads of my personal info, like phone numbers and email addresses. Luckily, I never gave them my bank details.
