Got a call from this number super early, like at 5:45 in the morning, and I think it's a kid's phone or something. Tried to block it but no luck so far.

Loads of folks I know have had calls from this number too. From what I gathered, it’s legit and connected to some sort of general insurance. I just ended my insurance for my Sky TV, so I’m guessing they’re trying to persuade me to get insurance again. They ring me every single day, and whenever I block one of their numbers, they just ring from a different one. Proper annoying!

I ended up stopping my Domestic and General insurance by just cancelling the direct debit because calling them during work hours to sort it out was such a pain, especially since they don’t let you cancel through their website. They did ring me afterwards, trying to persuade me to sign up again, but I’ve got everything covered under my home insurance now, so I don’t need it anymore.
