So, I called about my PPI and they told me they’re from the company looking into my claim and wanted to do a quick, 15 minute check on my background. I wasn’t too sure about it, so I told them I wasn’t interested and decided to look up the number instead. Not too keen on the 0800 number or the questions they asked at all.
