Got a call from this number totally unexpected, didn’t pick up. After checking out what others were saying, pretty sure it’s a scam.

They said they were from Sky, but I knew it was a sham straight away. They wanted me to confirm my details like my name and address, claiming they had updates about the Sky Q box. Turns out, all they really wanted was to push some protection insurance and get their hands on my personal info. Total scam, watch out!

The person said they were from Sky at first, but then went on about being from some insurance firm. Very confusing!

A young lady called, claiming she was with Sky and said they'd set up my Sky service about a year back, which I know I never did. Then she just hung up on me.
