They were asking loads of questions about the brand and age of my appliances, probably trying to fish for info. Then they wanted my bank details to sort out a direct debit with some other firm. Classic scam from what sounds like an Indian call centre. I contacted DAS, who are a legitimate insurance company and they had no idea about Appliance Guardian UK Ltd.
