I didnt receive a call but suddenly got a spam alert that blocked me from unlocking my phone. I reckon its linked to a scam, like the one mentioned in the comment earlier. Apparently, this guy is an Asian bloke who fakes his caller ID. He also employs some sort of virus to constantly dial his number, trying to steal your banking info. Its pretty dodgy.

This bloke's an Asian guy doing dodgy stuff, he hides his real number. Turns out he uses some kinda virus programme to ring people automatically, hoping to nick their bank info. I've got a photo of him and even his actual phone number, and I've already passed it on to the coppers.
