Definitely dodgy business!Microsoft5 yearsWatch out for DTD Technology, they’re proper dodgy. When I called Microsoft support, these lot somehow managed to get control of my PC. Since October 2019, they’ve taken £1,677 from me and then came back again in March 2021 trying to rip me off for over £4,000. At first, they seemed legit and I thought the payment was for a lifetime antivirus covering all my future devices. Turns out it was all a scam. Do yourself a favour and block them straight away.
