That was from HSBC, wasn't it?

HSBC... utterly contradictory, rather foolish, and far from capable!

What a right nuisance these individuals are! Honestly, they just won't take a hint. We had a brief respite, but now they're back at it again. They ought to know by now that calling us is completely out of order since we've got a proper firm managing our finances. Honestly, HSBC should be the ones they’re contacting, not us!

I've been bombarded with countless silent calls lately. If my memory serves me correctly, there was a time last year when I answered a quiet ring and promptly hung up, only to find a rather posh English chap named Mumba on the other end when I dialled 1471. It seems like a classic call centre ruse - quite the clever little tactic, isn't it? At least it gives the impression that our security is holding up alright!

We've received a call that claims to be from HSBC, insisting they need urgent security information. We suspect it might be a scam.

Absolutely the most dreadful cold calling service imaginable! I've been plagued by two calls today. In the first instance, we picked up only to experience an agonising five or six minutes of utter silence. We were left saying, "Hello?" repeatedly before someone finally mumbled "Yes, hel-" and then the line went dead. As if that wasn’t enough, they decided to try their luck again! The second call was another ten minutes of complete silence before they abruptly hung up. It's beyond ridiculous!

We might give some of those suggestions a go! That said, we typically steer clear of responding to any unfamiliar numbers. If someone genuinely needs to reach us, they can leave a message. We usually do a quick search online to identify the callers and promptly add their numbers to our 'Do Not Answer' list. Cheers for the tip, we've recorded quite a few numbers linked to HSBC under that label now!

It's rather peculiar, isn't it? We can't quite fathom the reason behind their calls. Over the past fortnight, we've answered their calls on nine separate occasions, only to find complete silence on the other end. And then, they just cut off the line! It's all a bit baffling really.

Blimey, these folks must have a vendetta against us! They call incessantly, sometimes from various numbers, like it’s their full-time job. Honestly, it’s baffling how clueless they seem; no clue about what they’re even prattling on about. As soon as the phone starts ringing, we’ve decided it’s best to just let it go to voicemail. Not worth our time, really!

It seems we're dealing with what we believe to be HSBC, based on the remarks from others. We deliberately chose not to answer the phone when they rang us twice this morning. What a pointless venture! They really ought to understand that calling at 7:59 and 12:10 isn’t the best strategy to get a response. We’ll continue to brush them off entirely. It’s rather baffling why more folks don't adopt the same approach. If nobody answers, perhaps they'd be compelled to shut their call centres for good. Now that would be a splendid outcome for all!

I've received an alarming call from what appears to be HSBC, insisting they need some information urgently. However, after consulting with some authorities, it’s clear that this might be a scam.

Earlier today, we received a call from these folks, and as soon as I picked up, there was nothing but silence on the other end. So, we've decided to add them to our blocked list. Now, they can call as often as they please, and it won't bother us one bit! Quite amusing, really!

Received a call from this number at precisely 11:05. I've now placed them in our phone's automatic rejection list, joining the ranks of all the other numbers that seem hell-bent on pestering us!

HSBC are an utter headache. It’s quite baffling how rude they can be, especially when they think that switching to their fifth number is going to trick anyone into thinking they’re legitimate.

Earlier today, we received around seven or eight calls, both on our personal mobiles and then immediately on our work phone. We tend to avoid answering numbers that we don’t recognise, and it’s clear as day what these callers are after (we’ve now figured out it’s HSBC). Surely there must be some sort of threshold for how many times they can ring us before it crosses over into harassment, doesn’t there?
