I got a call from ARDEN Financial/IDEM Servicing on my home phone, and then they left a voicemail on my mobile asking me to ring them back. But I already told them in a recorded delivery letter about a month ago that I’m not happy to talk over the phone and want all communication through email or letter only. I’ve sent them 4 letters and 3 emails up to now, and they haven’t even bothered to reply or acknowledge anything. Makes you wonder if they even bother reading them at all!
