Interestingly, I received 21 identical emails, all dropping into my inbox at the precise moment of 8:19 am, each purporting to be from PayPal.
BE AWARE - The emails look incredibly genuine, but I spotted a tiny detail: there was an odd full stop at the end of the PayPal email address (I confirmed the forgery with PayPal directly when I rang their authentic support line).
It’s alarming how prevalent these scams have become. Truly disheartening.
