Got a phone call from someone named Adam Cunningham, saying he was Lloyds’ Head of Fraud. He mentioned two attempted transactions on our account for around £50,000 and £45,000. I told him I’d get in touch with my own person at Lloyds before doing anything else, just to be sure. Turns out, Lloyds said it was all fake - definitely didn’t believe him from the start.

Got a call from a dodgy number claiming there were transactions over £98K on my Lloyds bank account. The guy said his name was Martin Hughes. I told him I'd just pop into the branch to sort it out. Definitely felt fishy.
