They provided a phone number, gave a name, set up a survey and claimed the money came from local council funds.1 yeargot a call earlier today from a number saying they were with HOME INSURANCE GB, number was 08003685258 if i remember right. first they wanted to set up a visit for some kind of survey, something about EPC or checking insulation and how well heat stays in. then on the actual day, an engineer rang me to say he was coming for the survey. he asked if our loft had the standard hatch entrance but i told him no, we use the loft as bedrooms. once he heard that, he just cancelled the whole thing saying they couldn’t complete the survey properly. that was the end of it.2 yearsGot a call from someone claiming to be from Home Insulation GP Bournemouth, but the number actually belongs to Colt Technology Services.
