Somehow, they've acquired our number and persistently bombard her with calls regarding his account, refusing to accept a firm 'no' as the answer. It's utterly maddening, as they’re ringing up to fifteen times a day, despite the fact that he doesn’t even reside here anymore. They've even got hold of his mobile number! Honestly, you'd think they might consider communicating with each other in the office. If this harassment continues, we won’t hesitate to pursue compensation for the distress they’re causing.

It's the MoneyShop, indeed! We found ourselves tangled up in Debt Management and ended up owing this company £200. One of the stipulations of Debt Management is that these companies aren't supposed to reach out to you. Yet, for nearly three weeks, we've been bombarded with letters threatening bailiffs, not to mention the incessant calls - averaging 12 a day! They're absolutely dreadful. The moment you pick up the phone, their attitude is shockingly rude and utterly off-putting.

Seriously, if you can’t manage loans, it’s best to steer clear of them altogether to avoid these calls. Oi, sort out your debts, people! If they’re ringing you up, there’s a reason for it! And if you actually talk to them, they’ll often set up a plan to help manage and clear what you owe. Also, the idea that they charge crazy fees isn’t true! When payments are late, there’s a one-off £29 charge, then interest only starts on the 2nd of the next month. So if you pay off your debt within the first month, you don’t owe any interest at all. It really winds me up when folks take out loans and just ignore paying them back, then play the victim like they’re being treated unfairly. They’re the ones causing the problem by not sorting their repayments!
