Die Frau am Apparat hat, nach kurzer Rücksprache, das Gespräch aufgezeichnet und stellte mir dann zügig die Fragen, die sie dokumentieren wollte. Dieses Vorgehen ist mir so noch nicht begegnet; wahrscheinlich ist es eine Reaktion auf die jüngsten Datenschutzpannen, die in letzter Zeit aufgetreten sind.

Ich habe die Nummer einfach mal zurückgerufen, nachdem ich einen Anruf erhalten hatte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es die Telekom war. Sie wollten mir mitteilen, dass sie meine Daten im Unternehmen zu verschiedenen Zwecken, unter anderem für Werbung (wie zum Beispiel neue Handyangebote bei Ablauf meines Vertrags oder über alternative Tarife), verwenden dürfen. Ich habe dem zugestimmt, und das Gespräch wurde, nach vorheriger Ankündigung, aufgezeichnet. Dank neuer EU-Regelungen wurden innerhalb der Telekom nun solche Absprachen ermöglicht.
