In den letzten vier Monaten werde ich von der Telekom regelrecht belästigt - ich bekomme fast dreimal täglich Anrufe, die ich nicht erwünscht habe. Trotz meines Widerspruchs bezüglich der Verwendung meiner Daten für Telefonwerbung, scheint die Telekom dies einfach zu ignorieren. Anscheinend haben die deutschen Vorschriften für sie keinerlei Bedeutung. Um diesem Wahnsinn ein für alle Mal ein Ende zu setzen, bleibt mir wohl nichts anderes übrig, als meine Verträge mit der Telekom zu kündigen.

Ich bekomme auch ständig Anrufe von dieser Nummer. Wenn ich ans Telefon gehe, ist am anderen Ende jedoch keiner zu hören. Es fängt wirklich an, mich zu irritieren, denn das geht jetzt schon seit Wochen so!

Ähnlich erging es einer Bekannten von mir. Es scheint, als wäre da einfach niemand, der ans Telefon geht. Ich drücke die Daumen, dass das Ganze sich von allein regelt.

Nun, ich war gerade zu Hause und dann bekam ich einen Anruf. Es war jemand von der Telekom (T-Home), die mir einen verbesserten Dienst anbieten wollten - sprich, günstigere Tarife und ein flotteres Internet.

Today I received a call from this number. Had the same experience-no one on the line, just some background noise. This has happened quite a few times now.

Oh, they called me today as well. When I answered the phone, there was complete silence on the other end. I've encountered this kind of thing before; sometimes it takes a while for someone to respond. I ended up ringing them back a few times-about three, if I remember correctly. But all I could hear was chatter in the background, as if I’d been forgotten. I suppose if Telekom is involved, it's just par for the course, isn’t it? 😉

Heute hatte ich das Vergnügen, einen Anruf zu erhalten, den ich jedoch auf die Mailbox habe umleiten lassen. ^^ Ich kann mit Gewissheit sagen, dass es sich nicht um ein Telekom-Anliegen handelte, denn die rufen nicht über 0800-Nummern an. Wenn T-Com tatsächlich anruft, steht bei mir in der Regel "t-helper" auf dem Display, ohne dass eine Telefonnummer angezeigt wird. Das war ganz klar ein Anruf, um Kunden zu ködern. Am besten nicht abheben oder einfach den Anrufbeantworter aktivieren! :)

Today, I received a call from a number linked to my fax machine. Unfortunately, the fax is out of order, so it just kept ringing away. It seems like there might be some automated system dialing random numbers, and when an agent is available and someone picks up, they pitch their sales. I really thought practices like this were supposed to be outlawed by now.

This number has been harassing me with calls for a while now, and every time I answer the phone, it goes silent. I’ve never actually picked up because there’s something off about it. If it truly is the telecom company, I find that rather amusing, seeing as I’ve clearly stated, both in writing and verbally, that I do not wish to receive sales calls. It’ll be interesting to see when this persistent nuisance ceases. Meanwhile, my phone's now permanently on silent mode!

Same here, this number 08003007707 has been ringing me nearly every day as well. I’ve instructed my voice mail system to pick up immediately when it’s called. Each time, there’s about ten seconds of silence on the recording, but if you listen closely, you can hear some breathing sounds in the background. If you turn up the volume enough, it almost sounds like the buzz of a call centre. Quite peculiar, really!

Let me just say, it’s absolutely infuriating when you get a call and it’s just a pre-recorded message on the other end! Honestly, it feels like yet another load of nonsense. If I wanted something, I'd go and get it myself without needing some stranger trying to sell me their spiel! Honestly!

Diese Nummer nervt mich jetzt schon seit Tagen mit ständigen Anrufen, jedoch scheint am anderen Ende nur ein automatisiertes System zu sein, das nichts sagt. Könnte es sich möglicherweise um eine Betrugsnummer handeln, bei der ich in eine Falle gelockt werde, sollte ich zurückrufen? Auf jeden Fall werde ich das nicht tun! Ich bin jedoch für jegliche Tipps zur Blockierung solcher unerwünschten Anrufer dankbar. (Telefonanschluss)

Diese Nummer versucht seit etwa einem Monat, mich zu erreichen. Zu Beginn war es lediglich ein- oder zweimal pro Woche, doch mittlerweile hat sich die Frequenz auf ein bis zwei Anrufe täglich erhöht, und das zu verschiedenen Zeiten, sei es am Morgen ab 8 Uhr oder bis spät abends gegen 22 Uhr. Da ich oft ausser Haus bin, bleibt mir leider verborgen, wer sich hinter diesen Anrufen verbirgt.

Das geht jetzt schon eine Weile so, dass ich ständig Anrufe bekomme, besonders wenn hier gerade niemand anwesend ist.
