Yep, it’s the CSA all right. If you’ve never had to deal with them, don’t give out any personal info. Just tell them “I don’t confirm anything over the phone.” They can’t verify your identity anyway. There’s loads of phone scams going around, so best to be careful. Just say thanks and goodbye, and have a good one.
