I answered and there was nothing but silence on the other end. Could have been a wrong number or something. It didn’t actually hang up though, so after a bit I ended the call myself.

Got calls from someone saying they were from Citizens Advice Bureau, telling me I owed money. I don't deal with CAB, so I just ended the call straight away. They rang me three times over a couple of days. I looked up the number but couldn’t find anything online. After seeing this site, it seems pretending to be CAB is a common scam. I'd say best just ignore and block.
