7 yearsSo, over the last couple days I've had these calls from folks speaking with Indian accents saying I'd apparently signed up for some online premium support last year. They told me if I wanted to cancel, I’d have to jump on my computer and follow their steps to end the subscription. Totally a scam in my opinion. They rang me from these numbers: 0800 260 6054, 020 7935 8852, and 0868 326 8852. Just watch out for this kind of thing!7 yearsGot a bloke calling who says he's Peter Hew with a strong Indian accent, keeps ringing me about some supposed overdue computer support bill. He was trying to get me to unlock my computer, claiming I owed nearly £3,000! The first call came from an 02089837895 number, which I didn't recognise at all. I told him I'd reported his details to fraud prevention teams, and that seemed to make him back off. These scam calls are such a nuisance and should be shut down asap.
