Before I knew it, I received a call from these chaps, and it's rather obvious they were up to no good. They claimed to be reporting a serious leak issue at my council property, speaking with a distinctly strong Indian accent. I let them prattle on for a bit, then decided to cut the conversation short and hang up on them.
