Got a call from someone saying they’re from Affinity, claiming they help folks get back extra council tax charges. They said they'd sort out all the paperwork if I just handed over my card details for a tiny fee. Sure, I’m not daft, even if I am a bit on the older side. I asked them to post me some info instead, but surprise surprise, still nothing through the door. What a joke!
