I spoke to Scottish Power Sales, and they've assured me that this is indeed their contact number. I requested them to take my details off their records. After providing my name and phone number, they claimed it’s all sorted now. Guess we’ll find out if that’s true! :)

I received a call from 08001560126, purporting to be from Scottish Power, urging me to return the call as soon as possible. When I dialled the number, it was peculiar that two different female voices picked up within just a couple of rings. This is quite unusual, considering Scottish Power usually has a menu of options to navigate through. It's definitely a scam in my opinion!
