I'd be wary of this number, honestly. I did reach out to my bank and they only got back to me through their official online chat. Oddly, this number has been buzzing my phone like 9 times in the last half day or so. It happened right after I finished talking with NatWest, which seemed a bit suspicious to me. Just a heads up, don’t fall for anything dodgy - it’s pretty easy to get caught out.

This number really belongs to NatWest. HOWEVER, scammers have faked (cloned/imitated) pretty much every phone number that banks use. If you get a call claiming to be from your bank, don’t just brush it off but make sure you don’t reply or share any details. Hang up, wait a bit for the line to clear, then ring your bank back using the number on the back of your debit or credit card. Don’t leave it too long, as there might be a real problem with your account that needs sorting.

I was lookin to buy Bitcoin through Crypto Muso, also called Crypto Solutions. They're into Bitcoin trades. They claim you have to get your bank's approval and then they give you a phone number to call what they say is your bank’s fraud department to verify the deal. But I decided to check on Google and rang the official NatWest fraud team, and they told me that the number they gave is a scam. If you find yourself in this sort of situation, make sure to call your bank’s real fraud line, not that dodgy number.
